6 personal training sessions of 1 hour each

Sessions will be scheduled in recurring weekly appointments.
Training sessions can be booked either 2x/week or 3x/week.
Sessions can be in-person or via video call.

Intro to Resistance training will teach you how to use the equipment you have, safely and effectively, to perform the foundational movements of resistance training.
A simple combination of compound movements, which use multiple muscle groups at once, are the backbone of any full body resistance training program.
Once you know the basics, you'll be better equipped to apply them to other movements, and other equipment.
