Fully Customized solutions

Online training is personal training using online tools. It opens up a lot of options, especially for people who otherwise might not be able to access conventional training. There are two main forms of online training:

1. Online Training - live one-on-one training sessions online

2. Online Coaching - asynchronous training programs online

Online Training

Also known as Video Training:

Structured much like in-person training, except over video chat.

We start by learning about your background, your fitness level/experience, and the space and equipment you have available.

Then we come up with a plan. I'll usually make some equipment suggestions that fit your needs/budget, and then we agree on a schedule.

We'll log on at the agreed times, and I take you through a whole workout each time; monitoring your form, adjusting the intensity to your energy levels, and coming up with alternatives when something isn't working the way we want it to.

ONline Coaching

Online coaching is extremely versatile. Today's technology allows us to do everything asynchronously, but with instantaneous updates and the option to go live at our fingertips.

 

Log on and do things at your own pace on your own time.

 

To get started, we go over your background, your current situation, and what you're looking for. Then we come up with a plan. You'll get equipment guidance, scheduling assistance, customized workouts, nutrition guidance, and personalized adjustments and feedback.
