While programs and pricing can be customized, I do operate on some very basic principles:

​

1. People who have skin in the game tend to show up.

2. People who show up get results.

 

I have a few categories of pricing structures. In the order of most expensive to least expensive, they are:

1. In-person training

2. Video training

3. Online Training (custom)

3. Fitness consulting

4. Online Programs (pre-made)

For the most part, the more expensive services require the most one-on-one time with me, your coach/trainer. It's an endeavor I love, but it's demanding!

​

Each of these services is available à la carte (pay for a one time service). And while I do have a few regulars who will get in touch every few weeks to check in, have a video chat, and get some ideas for the next stage in their fitness journey, the majority of fitness clients are looking for a plan, package, or subscription kind of situation, which is also what works best for most people to get results. 

​

The packages and programs are priced according to the amount of work I put into them, and then discounted based on the frequency you decide to meet. Basically, the more you commit to training, the more likely you are to succeed. Your success makes us both happy! I like all of us to be happy, so I give a good discount on those programs!
